For more than 25 years, I have worked at the intersection of funding, public policy, education, and community need. I help nonprofits and public-serving organizations secure resources, strengthen operations, develop effective programs, and move ambitious ideas from concept to measurable results.
My experience spans nonprofit leadership, grant development, banking, education, government-funded programs, and cross-sector partnerships. I understand how organizations work, where they get stuck, and what it takes to build the strategy, systems, and support needed to move forward.
I also teach American government and political science at Bakersfield College and Taft College, provide nonpartisan political analysis for local media, and am completing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at California State University, Bakersfield.
My career has been built around one purpose: making complicated systems easier to navigate and connecting people, organizations, and communities with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
